If you are a client providing or posting Job Advertisements, you further agree that such content will not contain any personally identifiable information.

Best Jobs Hirings acts solely as an intermediary for the dissemination of user content and holds no responsibility for verifying the accuracy, legality, or completeness of that content. Therefore, Best Jobs Hirings bears no liability for user-submitted materials. You understand that such content may be inaccurate, misleading, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate, and it is your responsibility to verify the quality, truthfulness, and legality of the content you engage with. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any claims against Best Jobs Hirings, its subsidiaries, and their officers, employees, and agents, and agree to release them from any liabilities, damages, or claims whether known or unknown arising from such interactions to the maximum extent allowed by law.

User Content and Information Sharing for Compliance and Protection

Best Jobs Hirings reserves the right to disclose User Content and any related information about the content provider to third parties. Additionally, to protect the interests of Best Jobs Hirings when deemed necessary, we may share such information.
